Attendees at the Iowa Judicial Institute hopefully gained a new perspective on their role as judges thanks to Nick and Tre Critelli's joint presentation on "English Barristers' Perspectives on the Iowa Court System" in Des Moines, Iowa. In addition to robes and wigs, the Critellis discussed variances in the role of precedent and differences in courtroom formality.
