Due to our involvement in a number of International Parental Child Abduction matters (most recently, Morgan v Morgan), we have been invited to participate in the US Department of State's symposium on the 15th Anniversary of the International Child Abduction Remedies Act (ICARA), which implements the the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction within the United States.

It should be noted that the Honorable Mark Bennett's decision in Morgan v Morgan was the first time a Rule 65(b) temporary injunction has been used in a ICARA proceeding. All counsel practicing in the area of international child abduction should take a look at the decision.
