If you missed Tre Critelli's Iowa State Bar Association's Tax School presentation concerning the "Ethical Use of Email," have no fear. The Iowa State Bar Association is in the process of uploading all of the 2004 Tax School presentations to an on-line CLE format. We will be posting more information as well as links to the applicable site once it is up and running.

It is not known whether the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association will be also be hosting their version of Tre's “Ethics & Email” from November of 2003.
